Set it up

Connected in a couple of minutes.

Who can use it

ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise, on the ChatGPT website. On Business or Enterprise, a workspace admin allows developer mode first.

Comes with AccesslyOS, and on for every AccesslyOS account unless your admin switches it off. Each person connects with their own Accessly login, and can disconnect any time from Settings → Integrations → AI tools.

  1. In Accessly, go to Settings → Integrations → AI tools and press Copy.

  2. In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode.

  3. Press Create, paste the address and choose OAuth.

  4. Press Connect, sign in to Accessly and press Allow.

Stays in your control

You confirm first
Before anything that emails a contractor or tenant, approves money or can't easily be undone, ChatGPT shows you exactly what Accessly will do and asks.
Your permissions
It sees only what you see in Accessly. Same buildings, same access, and financials only if you can see them in the app.
Your admin decides
Changes stay off until your account admin turns them on, and you choose whether to allow them when you connect. Admins see who has connected and can switch it off for the whole account.
Every change is yours
Each change is recorded as yours, made through ChatGPT. Nothing is ever deleted in bulk.
Your data

Where your questions and data go.

  • Your questions and ChatGPT's answers go to OpenAI, under your own agreement with OpenAI, and may be handled outside Australia. Accessly's data itself stays in Australia.
  • Accessly keeps a record of each read and change (which tool, what was asked for or changed, and when) so your admins can see how it's used.
  • Limits stop any one connection from pulling your whole account out in bulk.
  • Allie, the assistant built into Accessly, is separate and works as described in our privacy policy.
